At Desert Safari Tourism, we ensure fair and transparent pricing for all our packages. Unless otherwise stated, all rates are quoted per person and exclude tips, visa fees, travel insurance, meals, accommodation, and personal expenses. Prices may change without prior notice due to factors such as increased hotel, airline, or fuel costs.
We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diners Club. Full payment must be made at the time of booking, and the corresponding transaction will appear on your bank statement.
Once your payment is successfully processed, a booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. This confirmation must be presented to redeem your tour or activity. Please ensure that all booking details are accurate before finalizing your reservation.
Each tour and activity offered by Desert Safari Tourism carries its own cancellation policy. Please review these carefully before confirming your booking.
Combo tours: if one tour is canceled, combo pricing no longer applies.
Visa fees and administrative charges are non-refundable.
If a selected activity becomes unavailable, only the confirmed portion will be processed.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows, unused tickets, or missed services (including sightseeing, transfers, or rentals). Rescheduling confirmed services is not permitted.
To cancel your booking, please send a written notice to Desert Safari Tourism via email. We will confirm your cancellation and inform you of any applicable charges. Please note that unacknowledged cancellations are not considered valid.
Tour routes, schedules, or services may be altered due to weather conditions, operational issues, or local regulations. In such cases, Desert Safari Tourism will provide suitable alternatives of equal value whenever possible. No compensation or refund will be provided for minor changes or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).
If your chosen hotel is unavailable, we will arrange accommodation of a similar standard. Hotel check-in and check-out timings are subject to the hotel’s policy. Desert Safari Tourism is not responsible for early arrivals or late departures that cannot be accommodated.
Desert Safari Tourism strongly recommends that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance before their trip. We are not liable for accidents, illnesses, injuries, loss of luggage, or trip cancellations under any circumstances.
Travelers are responsible for carrying all necessary travel documents, including passports, IDs, or valid visas. Desert Safari Tourism will not issue refunds for missed tours due to incomplete or missing travel documents. Please verify all visa and health requirements with the appropriate authorities before travel.
All content on the Desert Safari Tourism website—including text, images, graphics, and tour information—is the exclusive property of the company. Users may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the website for commercial or unlawful purposes.
Desert Safari Tourism does not offer or provide services to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries, in accordance with UAE laws and regulations.
All bookings, disputes, or claims related to Desert Safari Tourism and its website are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
